Overview
Grand Turk is all about easy-access paradise. The cruise center itself is a destination, dropping you at a massive, modern complex with a huge pool, bars, and a stunning stretch of beach—you could happily spend the whole day right there. But theres more to this tiny island capital. A short ride takes you to Cockburn Town, a historic village lined with charming 19th-century Bermudian architecture and rustic salinas (salt pans). The island is surrounded by a protected coral reef, offering incredible snorkeling and diving just offshore. Whether you want to lounge in a cabana or explore the islands past, Grand Turk makes it easy.

Grand Turk Cruise Center
This sprawling port complex is a destination in itself. It features a huge lagoon-style swimming pool, a FlowRider. surf simulator, private cabanas, and direct access to the beautiful SunRay Beach.
Cockburn Town
Explore the islands historic capital, which feels like a step back in time. Stroll along Front. Street to admire the rustic colonial architecture, sea-grape trees, and historic churches.
Pillory Beach
Another stunning and often quiet beach, named for the pillory that once stood here. It's an excellent spot. for snorkeling right from the shore, with reefs just a short swim out.
Governors Beach
Considered by many to be the best beach on the island. This protected, tranquil spot offers powdery white sand. and incredibly clear, calm turquoise water, making it perfect for swimming and relaxing.
Grand Turk Lighthouse
This historic 19th-century lighthouse on the islands northern tip offers a ruggedly beautiful landscape. It's a. great spot for dramatic coastal photos and whale watching (in season).
Gibbs Cay (Stingray Encounter)
Take a short boat ride to this uninhabited cay for a more rustic and natural stingray encounter. You can snorkel with. the rays in their natural habitat and enjoy a fresh conch salad prepared on.
