Overview

St. Croix is the U.S. Virgin Islands more chilled-out, authentic older sibling. It's personality is split between two historic towns: Christiansted, with its charming butter-yellow Danish colonial buildings and scenic boardwalk, and Frederiksted, a quieter, artsy town on the west end with a stunning pier. But the real magic is in the landscape. Explore the islands lush interior, a rainforest of giant mahogany trees, or head to the northeast coast to kayak the bioluminescent bay.
